CARE INSTRUCTIONS:
Remove all items from the bag before cleaning. We suggest you pretreat visible stains with stain remover. Mix warm water with laundry detergent and clean the bag with a terry washcloth or soft bristle brush. Let the bag air dry.
SHIPPING
➢Production takes approximately 3-5 business days & then shipping takes approximately 5-7 business days. Tracking will be available as soon as it ships. **Times may be extended during busy holiday months. See home page for any updates.
➢Customers are responsible for providing the correct address for their orders. Etsy provides you with the option to verify your address with USPS at checkout. If an item is returned for failed delivery, the customer will be responsible for re-ship charges.
➢I am not able to offer gift messages w/my orders at this time.
➢If a package is lost, please first open a case with your local post office.
